GENERAL NEWS

While all our users gear up for the mobile app, it’s time to re-paint the vision for everyone and showcase just how big Kled has become in 3 months / will be in 2025.
Three months ago, Kled was little more than a question: would people upload their personal data if they could be paid for it fairly? The idea was radical. Data has always been extracted from users: harvested, scraped, and sold behind closed doors. Nobody had ever attempted to build a marketplace where everyday people could trade their data directly with the enterprises that need it most.
In just ninety days, that question has been answered with a resounding yes.
The First Three Months
Batch 1 paid out $52,000 to our users. Batch 2 rose to $64,000. Batch 3 climbed to $75,000. Batch 4 doubled to $150,000. Batch 5 exploded to $350,000. Nearly $700,000 is being distributed already, with more queued for upcoming batches, which are only doubling and tripling in size.
Those numbers aren’t abstract. They represent thousands of people uploading their camera rolls, their videos, their audio, their code, and their essays, and being compensated for it. They represent petabytes of real data flowing into Kled’s pipelines, enriched and prepared for the AI labs and enterprises that need it.

Batch Size 3-month timeline
Partnerships and Ecosystem
In these three months, we have signed partnerships that most startups never touch in their lifetimes. We are selling data to and working directly with some of the largest AI labs in the world, such as the team behind Google’s NotebookLM
We partnered with Walrus Protocol, built by the founders of SUI, to encrypt and store high value datasets on chain.
We integrated with Nitrility to onboard 40,000 music artists, 800,000 songs, and over 10 billion monthly Spotify listeners, music data desperately needed by AI companies like Suno.
We have built integrations with YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Dropbox, Google Suite, GitHub, and more. Schools and universities are already piloting Kled Code, with five of the largest East Coast high schools and three major colleges live today.
Our broader ecosystem has expanded to more than fifty applications building on top of Kled, including TaskRush.ai, which recently raised at a $15M valuation. Enterprises are onboarded daily on the data supply side. From independent developers to entire film festivals like Annapolis Film Festival, who now ship us their data libraries every day.
Creators as the Distribution Engine
One of the most powerful drivers of our growth has been the creator community. Some of the internet’s largest names now upload directly into Kled’s pipelines. To name only a few:
Kio Cyr (12M+ followers)
Love Live Serve (8.5M subscribers)
Febatista (5M subscribers)
Sipover (2M subscribers)
Casper Opala (7.4M followers)
But the list doesn’t end there. We’ve onboarded dozens of top creators across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and beyond: all uploading their entire content archives into Kled. Creator capital markets have lived and will continue to live on Kled.
Revenue Report & Numbers
Beyond growth in users and data, Kled is already proving itself as a revenue engine.
Through token fees alone, Kled has generated millions of dollars in revenue, all of which has been recycled back into operations, growth, and ecosystem expansion. Unlike most startups that burn capital, Kled reinvests every dollar directly into fueling the flywheel.
On the enterprise side, our model is twofold. For general enterprise contracts, 10% flows directly to Kled as revenue. For specialized contracts that run on top of Kled’s infrastructure, our take rate rises to 50%.
The Flywheel
At the heart of all this is the Infinite Flywheel.
Every enterprise contract signed feeds 333% of its size into buybacks of the Kled token. Those buybacks strengthen the token. A stronger token means stronger payouts. Stronger payouts bring in more users. More users upload more data. More data attracts more enterprise contracts.
There have already been over 10 million tokens taken out of circulation through this method alone, a number that will only grow over time.
Tokenized equity is also at the forefront of our research; we've been exploring and finalizing this mechanism with our legal team for weeks and are excited to be the first to introduce it into the market.
Roadmap: 2025

Kled Mobile App
The mobile app launch is not just a release, it’s a transformation of the entire system. Up to now, Kled has existed as a web app where users manually upload their files. With the mobile app, every phone becomes a gateway to the data economy.
We benchmarked the difference. Upload speeds from web to mobile have increased 134x. Fully parallel processing uploads and background uploads make the app as fast as Google Drive if not faster, but with one crucial difference: instead of paying for storage, users are paid to fill it. We expect every new user to reach their storage limits significantly faster, driving more data into the system at internet scale.
To match this acceleration, we are preparing partnerships with over 100 data centers and providers. These integrations will expand baseline storage for every user by 5x, meaning more capacity for uploads, more data liquidity, and higher payouts across the board.
The launch is not happening in silence. Our marketing campaign is already live, with multiple viral reels circulating and UGC content clipping becoming the centerpiece of our strategy. Today, more than 100 UGC creators, including our early adopters, are producing Kled content.
By year’s end, we expect that number to grow to over 2,000. Most of them average around 100,000 followers, but the range extends into the tens of millions, with peaks as high as 70 million. This is the distribution engine that will take Kled mainstream.
By the end of this year, we project payouts of $2–5 million for Batch 12, based on our current multiples of data growth. Alongside this, we plan to close our $10 million Series A, positioning Kled for the next stage of expansion.

Batch Growth EOY
Equally important: the waitlist will be eliminated. Our vision is not to gate access, but to open the floodgates. The mechanism is already being built under the banner of Kled Games.
The concept is simple: data collection as competition. In Game 1, for example, we allocate $50,000 in rewards. Every participant gets a notification on their phone every 30 minutes: “Take a photo of a car.” If they miss it, they’re out. The last person standing wins. The result is not only rich datasets but viral cultural moments. Imagine TikToks of students mid-class leaping out of their seats to sprint for the parking lot just to snap the winning shot.
This is just one example. Hundreds of games can be run simultaneously, all rewarding users for data collection while building the habit of daily contribution. Together, the games and the mobile app form the bridge to a future where anyone, anywhere, can join Kled, upload their content, and know they will be compensated.
By the end of 2025, the goal is clear: a frictionless mobile experience, a user base measured in the tens of millions, enterprise contracts scaling towards hundreds of millions, and a waitlist fully dissolved into a global network of contributors.
