Verification. In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, change, or deletion, we may require you to verify your identity before you can submit certain privacy requests. If we cannot verify your identity, we may not be able to honor your request.

As part of the Services, you may choose to provide, transmit, or upload submitted content in exchange for financial payment. We license, sell, and/or otherwise provide Submitted Content to third parties for their own purposes, including third parties that use this content to train, fine-tune, develop, and improve their AI models. This may be considered a “financial incentive” under certain applicable data privacy laws.
Participating in our financial incentive program is voluntary, and you determine whether to provide, transmit, or upload Submitted Content. The precise value of your personal information is available in the payout you receive through our Services. You may withdraw from the financial incentive at any time by no longer submitting content to the Services.

We only use and disclose sensitive personal information for purposes specified in the CCPA or otherwise in line with your consent, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes of inferring characteristics about you.
