LABELED
From public ground, photograph the prompted site element, keep workers unidentifiable, note anything that looks hazardous. Entering a site is forbidden and shots with identifiable people are sent back; the task is open only in 11 Southeast Asian countries, 30 per contributor at most. The hazard note is a lay pointer, not a safety assessment; the prompted element is the firmer label. Southeast Asian construction differs from the US and European projects site-safety models learn from: bamboo and timber scaffolding, open-air sites, monsoon drainage, informal perimeters, work at height without the enclosures that data assumes. Public-vantage capture means exteriors only, suited to progress monitoring, perimeter and scaffold condition assessment and site-state classification.
