COMMERCIAL
LABELED
Contributors paste a complete support conversation they had, chat or email, both sides from opening message to close, and answer one question about how it ended. One-sided or partial threads and summaries in place of the transcript are sent back; one or two conversations per contributor, from a global base strongest in Southeast Asia, the United States and Europe, so Southeast Asian e-commerce, telco and e-wallet support sits alongside American and European operations, in several languages. The outcome label is the customer's judgment of resolution, the measure that matters commercially and that agent-side logs lack. Support transcripts are commercially sensitive and stay inside company systems; the public dialogue sets are lab-collected task-oriented corpora or scraped exchanges.
