Every image was taken inside the Kled camera during the task and uploaded from the camera itself, never from the camera roll. Edited, filtered, screenshotted or re-compressed files are refused at review, so what arrives is the encoding the phone produced, with EXIF intact at upload. Subject matter is unconstrained, from contributors worldwide, strongest in Southeast Asia, the United States and Europe. Synthetic-image detectors are usually trained against real photos that have already been through a platform re-encoder; these have not, which makes them a camera-original control class that RAISE and Dresden offer only at small scale.
