Contributors verify a clinical or hospital email, upload de-identified imaging studies (CT, MRI, ultrasound) limited to US patient data, and attach the associated radiology report. De-identification before upload is a condition of acceptance, and no annotations beyond the clinician's report are included. Delivery format and regulatory fit are confirmed per buyer, because this material sits under rules (HIPAA among them) that a marketplace listing cannot settle for you; what the channel supplies is the mechanism: clinical-email-verified contributors, contributor-side de-identification and a per-upload opt-in. Most clinical imaging data is credentialed or research-only (CheXpert excludes commercial use; MIMIC-CXR requires credentialing and prohibits redistribution), and the openly licensed collections are narrow in modality and site.
