Each participant confirms consent inside the Kled app before recording starts, the group talks normally for at least three minutes, and the contributor answers questions afterward. Scripted dialogue, single-speaker recordings, anything under three minutes and anything without full consent are rejected. Speakers are separated in the app: the contributor marks each speaker change and assigns it to a named participant, so each recording ships as a master track plus per-speaker turn segments; no transcripts. The result is natural turn-taking and overlap in real rooms on a phone microphone, in the languages contributors speak at home. Overlapping, unscripted, fully consented conversation is one of the hardest audio classes to obtain; AMI is 100 hours of English meetings; CallHome and Fisher are decades-old telephone speech.
