When the weather turns, photograph a normal scene through it (a street, a market, a road) and stay safe and dry. Clear-weather images and anything with weather effects added in editing are rejected. The task runs in 11 Southeast Asian countries and nowhere else, so the conditions are monsoon downpour, standing floodwater, tropical fog and heat haze, not Scandinavian snow, with their glare and reflections. No condition labels are included; the degradation type is evident and easy to label. Several weather-robustness benchmarks (Foggy Cityscapes, Rain100) are synthetic rain and fog layered onto clear images, the real adverse-weather sets are driving-centric, and real adverse weather keeps showing the gap; the tropics supply the real thing daily.
