The profession is verified before the task opens, and the brief is specific: explain something you understand from doing the job, not from reading about it, at least 300 words, with the exceptions and judgment calls a textbook leaves out. Paste is disabled; hobbyist content, generic or searchable text, and pieces under 300 words are rejected. Eligibility is limited to the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, one piece per professional, so the author pool is as wide as the set is deep: nurses, electricians, accountants, pilots, line cooks. The profession check is what separates these pieces from generalist text, for post-training on domain reasoning and expert-written evaluation items.
