Wet, fragile objects, two hands, running water, a fixed order: dishwashing combines most of what a home robot finds difficult, and the public video of it is thin and non-commercial. Contributors film a kitchen sink from first rinse to drying rack or dishwasher, faces out of frame, in kitchens on three continents. The camera is propped or handheld, so the view is third-person and varies. There are no action segments or hand poses, though the routine's natural stages make temporal segmentation tractable. EPIC-KITCHENS is head-mounted, kitchen-wide and CC BY-NC; this is narrower, licensable for commercial training, and filmed in homes that corpus does not cover.
