Start recording the moment something goes wrong, hands in shot, film the recovery (what you tried, what failed, what worked) and say aloud what the problem was. Staged failures, footage with the failure cut out, multiple takes and anything unsafe are rejected. Each clip holds a real failure, unsuccessful attempts, a recovery and a spoken description, one clip per contributor, from a global base strongest in Southeast Asia, the United States and Europe. Robot demonstration datasets are overwhelmingly success-only, because teleoperators discard bad takes, and the few failure sets we know of are lab-staged; policies trained that way go silent when reality diverges.
